1. Your paper must be typed (12 font, double spaced, normal margins).
2. Cover page with your name, disease name, teacher’s name, and date due.
3. 2-3 full pages of text (no headings and pictures do not count as text!).
4. You must include a formal bibliography. Please use MLA for your formatting. Ms. Jansen will show you how to use SourceAid Citation Builder (also available on our subscription database page--right click and Open in new page ).
5. Turn in all of your notes stapled behind your bibliography.
6. Papers should be nicely organized and stapled together and include your name on the first page.
7. You will present information using PowerPoint on your disease (3 minutes maximum with no more than 5 slides – email your teacher your presentation before class).

Due date: Monday, January 29 at the beginning of class.

Grade is equal to a 100 point lab report.
