Case facts Information describing the case itself -- the incident, the people, the place and time, etc.
Majority opinion Names, summaries, notes, relating to the majority opinion from the Supreme Court decision
Dissenting or minority opinion Names, summaries, notes, relating to the dissenting opinion from the Supreme Court decision
Constitution Articles, sections, and/or amendments being considered
